A new tap room by Dust Bowl Brewing will soon pour drinks at a location in Elk Grove’s historic district.
Dust Bowling Brewing Company, which has taprooms in Turlock and Monterey, is a lively gathering spot with plenty of beers on tap, food and outdoor seating and games. The Elk Grove taproom will be near the future open-air pavilion, which will host farmer’s markets, food truck events and concerts.
Dust Bowl Brewing will setup shop in a building that’s over 100 years old and is mostly made of brick along Railroad Street in the heart of historic Elk Grove.
The 6,000-square-foot taproom, half of which will be dedicated to customer space, will feature 30 taps of Dust Bowl beers. Customers will also enjoy outdoor patio seating, communal picnic tables, fire pits and a turf area for corn hole games.
Wedo’s Kitchen will be responsible for the menu. It’ll be packed with popular pub foods. Expect dishes like hot agave chicken wings, premier burgers, fusion tacos and artisan flatbreads.
Dust Bowl makes 14 year-round beers and rotates 14 specialty beers. The lineup will have pale ales, amber lagers and a variety of IPAs like hazy, West Coast, double and mega.
