A new cookie franchise with a unique twist is bringing its oven mitts to Elk Grove.
Cookie Plug currently bakes delicious and dreamlike creations at its bakery in Fair Oaks. And now, the store in Elk Grove (4720 Elk Grove Blvd Suite 130, Elk Grove, CA 95758) recently began baking for your taste bud pleasure.
Cookie Plug aims to break away from the conventional, commonly created cookie. Cookie cutter isn’t a relevant term. Instead, these cookies are inspired by street art, graffiti and hip hop. And despite some curious naming, these cookies are totally family friendly.
Bakers at CookiePlug self-proclaim that their cookies are the fattest and thickest around. And with names like Firecracker, Pixie Junkie, OG Iced Up and Purple Haze, it’ll be impossible to pick just one.
Here is a list of conventional names for the various cookies available on the Cookie Plug menu: Chocolate Chip, The Funfetti, The Monster, The Snickerdoodle, The Peanut Butter Cup, The Red Velvet, The Oreo, The S’mores, The Sugar Cookie, The M&M, just to name a few.
Cookie Plug also offers $12 buckets of ready-to-bake cookie dough, which could be especially tantalizing for your next school or organization fundraiser.
People are quickly noticing all the wonderful sweets Cookie Plug has to offer. In just under three years, the Riverside-based company exploded with 25 locations worldwide, sharing high-quality and always-surprising treats with the masses.
We hope you give them a try!
