Nordstrom Rack is set to open a new location in Elk Grove in 2024.
“Enhancing our retail opportunities allows our residents to shop local,” said Elk Grove Mayor Bobbie Singh-Allen, in a press release from Nordstrom. “As our city continues to grow, so do demands for retail options.”
Known as the off-price companion to Nordstrom, The Rack serves up sweet deals up to 70 percent off the brands you love the most.
Nordstrom Rack shoppers are accustomed to great deals and new inventory each time they step inside. The offerings at The Rack change with every delivery, which are made several times a week.
Shopping for designer brands is made easier with Nordstrom Rack’s seamless online shopping experience, including exclusive flash sales and events through your smartphone. Shoppers also praise how easy it is to pick up online orders and make returns.
The new 25,000-square-foot store will be located along Bruceville Road at the Ridge Elk Grove, a growing retail destination where shoppers go to Costco, Olive Garden, Starbucks and other chain shops and restaurants.

While Elk Grove shoppers will have to wait until next spring to shop at The Rack in their own backyards, there’s one nearby in Sacramento not far from Arden Mall, and another coming this fall to Natomas.
The new Elk Grove store increases the presence of The Rack to 64 locations in California, and is yet another example of the great shopping options in the area.
