Are you interested in a unique breakfast, like the Benedict Arnold, an eggs Benedict with Canadian bacon laid on top of a savory apple waffle? You can now try The Waffle Experience, a new restaurant expected to be located at Elk Grove Boulevard and Laguna Springs Drive. This new branch of the Sacramento-based chain will offer its menu of classic breakfast and lunch dishes with a twist.

The Waffle Experience makes their food with fresh, locally sourced natural and organic ingredients. The waffles are one-of-a-kind, with flavor-infused brioche bread dough. You can also sample some great coffee, roasted and packed locally. Some of their menu items are seasonal, so check in with the menu for updated and locally sourced options.

The Waffle Experience has something for everyone. If you’re seafood lover, come in and try the “Sacramento King,” which features house-smoked salmon, hard-boiled egg, arugula, tomato, cucumber, shaved onion, caper crème cheese, cracked pepper herb waffle. If you like spicy food, try the “Pig Latin,” with spicy carnitas, fontina, sautéed peppers, cabbage slaw, pico de gallo, chipotle aioli, jalapeno-infused herb waffle. For something hearty, be sure to try “Farmer in the Dell,” which offers hormone-free country fried steak, cage-free egg, kale, roasted tomato, tomato oil, country gravy, white cheddar, parmesan cheese and cracked pepper herb waffle.

In addition to the Elk Grove location, The Waffle Experience has two other locations, one in Sacramento, which opened on July 31, 2014, and the other in Folsom, which opened two years later on July 5, 2016. Its Elk Grove location will be open for breakfast and lunch every day from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The Waffle Experience is positioned to accelerate its growth in the region and we are excited to welcome it to our neighborhood!
