This fun and tasty Elk Grove Brewfest is returning for another year!
Everyone knows how big the craft beer industry has grown over the last decade. This local event highlights that growth and gives you the chance to experience unique artisan beers made by independent craft breweries right here in the Sacramento region.
The Elk Grove Brewfest will take place on April 20, from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Old Town Plaza, an outdoor plaza located at the corner of Elk Grove Boulevard and Railroad Street. It sold out the first two years, so get your tickets early.
For beer lovers, it’s all good news! The trend in cold draft brew has taken an exciting turn toward the craft beer sector in recent years. More and more people are beginning to enjoy a unique selection of beers that are not normally found in the average restaurant, bar or store. Craft beer focuses on small and independent craft breweries that develop recipes with a unique and distinctive artistan flavor. Craft beers are meant to enhance the beer-tasting experience, similar to how wine lovers enjoy their drink of choice.

- Deschutes Brewery
In addition, Elk Grove Homebrew Clubs will be involved, such as Underground Brewsquad, Elk Grove Brewer’s Guild and That Dam Brew Club. The event will also feature several food vendors and music.
