Sacramento has William Land Park and Elk Grove has Elk Grove Regional Park.

Laguna Community Park
Much like other larger parks in Elk Grove, Laguna Community Park features a number of amenities for your entire family.
The park has a community center, dog park, trail access, picnic area, various fields and a skate park.
The park opened in 2002 and covers about 16 acres.

Miwok Park
Miwok Park holds a special place in the community’s heart.
In the early 90s, community members rallied and asked the Cosumnes Community Services District to build Miwok Park sooner than planned. A group spearheaded an effort with the district’s blessing and built the park five or more years ahead of schedule.
The group would unite again years later to rebuild parts of Miwok Park after a fire burnt down most of the playground equipment.
Miwok Park features a barbecue area, picnic spots, playgrounds, fields, swing and tennis courts.
