We started off our home search by looking for the right realtor. After researching many agents and reading their reviews we found Kenny and felt that his experience and client reviews fit what we were looking for. Kenny was very easy to work with. We gave him the criteria of what we were looking for and was always on top of scheduling appointments when we wanted to view a house. He did not make us feel rushed or pressured to make any decisions and made it apparent that he would work with us until we were completely satisfied. He gave us his honest opinions and worked to get additional information on homes we were considering. Upon finding the house that we wanted to purchase, a 21 day escrow was included as part of the terms of the offer. Kenny worked closely with the lender we chose in order to assist in meeting the timeframe to close on time. Not once during this process did we feel overwhelmed.
