  I will say Paul did Just a wonderful Job in helping us get our dream home. He was in constant communication with us, going with Us to most of the Homes we looked at, he has knowledge on everything about home's and tells you what to look for. He was giving us comparables before we made an offer to make sure we didn't loose money, making sure we made the right offer.   We told her we hoped to sell our house in under 2 months. She said she would sell it in a week. She sold it in 4 days. Unbelievable sales experience and service from her even thru the craziest turns in the process. She is one of the most professional people I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Kenny and his team at Cobalt Real Estate were very attentive and did everything possible to make sure I sold my home easily and for a good price. They held multiple open houses and organized countless showings of the property without me having to trouble myself.
